مختص تطبيق لتحضير القهوة المختصة بطريقة V60. نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات لتشغيله، ولا نبيعها ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
ما الذي نجمعه
- حساب Apple: عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple نستلم معرّفاً خاصاً بحسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني (أو بريداً مخفياً إن اخترت إخفاءه)، واسمك الأول في أول تسجيل دخول فقط لنقترحه عليك.
- ملفك الشخصي: الاسم الذي تختاره، واسم المستخدم، والنبذة، والصورة إن أضفتها.
- بيانات القهوة: محاصيلك ووصفاتك وطواحينك وصور المحاصيل التي تضيفها، لتُحفظ في حسابك وتعود إليك على أي جهاز.
- الوصفات المشتركة: عندما تشارك وصفة نحفظ نسخة منها مع اسمك، ويستطيع أي شخص لديه الرابط أن يراها.
- الملاحظات: ما ترسله لنا من داخل التطبيق، مع رقم الإصدار ونوع الجهاز واللغة لنفهم المشكلة.
- التذكير بالإطلاق: إن طلبت أن نذكّرك عند إطلاق ميزة جديدة.
- معرّف الجهاز: رقم عشوائي يُنشأ على جهازك ليبقى حسابك مفتوحاً على جهاز واحد في كل مرة.
- تقارير الأعطال: إن تعطّل التطبيق يُرسل تقرير تقني عن الخطأ مع رقم الإصدار ونوع الجهاز، لنصلحه. لا يتضمن اسمك ولا بريدك ولا وصفاتك.
ما لا نجمعه
لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات للإعلانات، ولا نجمع موقعك أو جهات اتصالك.
لماذا نستخدمها
لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: حفظ بياناتك واستعادتها، ومشاركة الوصفات، والرد على ملاحظاتك، وتذكيرك إن طلبت ذلك.
أين تُحفظ
تُحفظ بياناتك لدى مزوّدي خدمات نعتمد عليهم: [مزوّد قاعدة البيانات والصور وتسجيل الدخول]، و[مزوّد صفحات الوصفات المشتركة]، وApple لتسجيل الدخول، و[مزوّد تقارير الأعطال]. [أين تقع الخوادم].
حذف حسابك
تستطيع حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ثم «حذف الحساب». يُحذف حسابك نهائياً مع وصفاتك وطواحينك وصورك ووصفاتك المشتركة وملاحظاتك، ونلغي ربط تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple. لا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.
حقوقك
تستطيع عرض بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق، وحذفها بحذف حسابك. لأي طلب آخر راسلنا على البريد أدناه.
الأطفال
مختص غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً.
التغييرات
إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وننبهك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير مهماً.

Mokhtas is an app for brewing specialty coffee on a V60. We collect as little as we can to run it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Your Apple account: when you sign in with Apple we receive an identifier for your account and your email address (or a private relay address if you chose to hide it), and your first name on your first sign-in only, so we can suggest it to you.
- Your profile: the name you choose, your username, your bio, and your photo if you add one.
- Your coffee: your bags, recipes, grinders and any bag photos you add, kept in your account so they come back on any device.
- Shared recipes: when you share a recipe we keep a copy of it with your name, and anyone with the link can see it.
- Feedback: what you send us from inside the app, with the app version, device type and language so we can understand the problem.
- Launch reminders: if you ask us to remind you when a new feature launches.
- A device identifier: a random number created on your phone, so your account stays open on one device at a time.
- Crash reports: if the app breaks, a technical report of the error is sent with the app version and device model, so we can fix it. It does not include your name, email or recipes.
What we don't collect
We use no advertising tracking or analytics and no ads, and we do not collect your location or contacts.
Why we use it
Only to run the app: saving and restoring your data, sharing recipes, answering your feedback, and reminding you if you asked.
Where it is kept
Your data is kept by service providers we rely on: [database, photos and sign-in provider], [shared recipe pages provider], Apple for sign-in, and [crash reports provider]. [Where the servers are].
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete account. Your account is permanently deleted with your recipes, grinders, photos, shared recipes and feedback, and the Sign in with Apple link is revoked. This can't be undone.
Your rights
You can see and change your data inside the app, and erase it by deleting your account. For anything else, write to us at the address below.
Children
Mokhtas is not intended for anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
